It does not provide medical diagnoses, health measurements, or treatment advice. Information We Collect
Personal Information: When you register for an account, we collect:

Iris and Biometric Data Collection
Important: This section explains how we handle iris images, which Apple considers biometric/face data.
What Iris Data We Collect:
When you use our iris analysis feature, you capture a photo of your eye using your device's camera. This image contains your iris (the colored part of your eye surrounding the pupil). We do not collect facial geometry, facial recognition data, or any other biometric identifiers beyond the iris image you voluntarily submit for analysis.
How We Use Iris Data:
- Your iris image is transmitted securely to our server for AI-powered analysis
- The image is sent to OpenAI's Vision API solely for the purpose of generating educational wellness insights based on traditional iridology practices
- The analysis results (wellness patterns, zones, and recommendations) are returned to you
- We do not use iris images for identification, authentication, or any biometric verification purposes
- We do not build iris profiles or databases
Third-Party Sharing of Iris Data:
- Iris images are shared only with OpenAI for analysis processing
- OpenAI processes images in accordance with their Privacy Policy and does not use API data to train their models
- We do not sell, rent, or share iris images with any other third parties
- We do not use iris data for advertising or marketing purposes
Storage of Iris Data:
- On Your Device: Iris images and analysis results are stored locally on your device using secure local storage. You have full control to delete this data at any time through the app's Settings.
- On Our Servers: Iris images are transmitted for processing but are NOT permanently stored on our servers. Images are processed in real-time and discarded immediately after analysis is complete.
- OpenAI Processing: OpenAI processes images transiently and does not retain API inputs or outputs beyond 30 days for abuse monitoring, after which they are deleted.
Retention of Iris Data:
- Iris images on our servers: Not retained (processed and immediately discarded)
- Iris images on your device: Retained until you delete them via app Settings or uninstall the app
- Analysis results on your device: Retained until you delete them via app Settings or uninstall the app
- OpenAI transient processing: Up to 30 days for abuse monitoring, then deleted
Your Control Over Iris Data:
- You choose when to capture and submit iris images
- You can delete all stored images and analysis history from the app's Settings at any time
- Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored iris data from your device
Analysis Results: Your iris analysis results are stored locally on your device. We do not store your analysis history on our servers.
Payment Information: If you subscribe to our premium features, payment processing is handled securely through Apple's App Store via RevenueCat. We do not have access to or store your credit card or payment information. All transactions are processed by Apple in accordance with their privacy policies.
Third-Party AI Service Data Sharing
Important: By using the iris analysis feature, you consent to sharing your iris photo with a third-party AI service (OpenAI) for pattern analysis.
What data is sent:
- Your iris photo (the image you capture or select from your gallery)
- No other personal information is sent with the image
Who the data is sent to:
- OpenAI, Inc. - a third-party AI service provider based in the United States
- OpenAI processes the image using their Vision API to generate entertainment and educational content based on traditional iridology concepts
How your consent is obtained:
- Before your first iris scan, the app presents a consent screen explaining that your photo will be sent to OpenAI for AI-powered pattern analysis
- You must explicitly accept this consent before any data is transmitted
- If you decline, no data is sent and you are returned to the previous screen
OpenAI's data handling:
- OpenAI processes images according to their Privacy Policy
- OpenAI does not use API data to train their models
- OpenAI may retain API inputs for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring, after which they are deleted
How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain our wellness analysis service
- To process your iris images and generate educational wellness insights
- To manage your account and subscription
- To communicate with you about service updates
- To improve our application and user experience
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- OpenAI: For AI-powered iris analysis. Images are processed according to OpenAI's privacy policy.
- RevenueCat: For subscription management. RevenueCat processes subscription status but does not have access to your payment details.
- Apple App Store: For secure in-app purchase processing. All payment transactions are handled by Apple.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
Data Retention
- Account information is retained while your account is active
- Iris images are processed in real-time and not permanently stored
- Analysis results are stored locally on your device
- You may delete your account and associated data at any time

Children's Privacy
