By using IRIS.GenAI, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

IRIS.GenAI is an educational wellness application that uses AI-powered analysis of iris images to provide wellness insights based on traditional iridology practices. The App offers both free and premium subscription features.

Important: IRIS.GenAI is for educational and entertainment purposes only. The analysis and insights provided are NOT medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for any health concerns. Do not make health decisions based solely on information from this App.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

5. User Account

You may need to create an account to access certain features
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
You agree to provide accurate and complete information
You are responsible for all activities under your account

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions: IRIS.GenAI offers auto-renewable subscription plans that provide access to premium features:

Weekly Plan: $4.99 per week
Monthly Plan: $9.99 per month
Annual Plan: $19.99 per year

Subscription Terms:

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

7. User Content

When you submit iris images for analysis:

You grant us a limited license to process your images for analysis purposes
You represent that you have the right to submit such images
You agree not to submit images of other individuals without their consent

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
Use the App to harm, threaten, or harass others
Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission
Use the App's analysis for medical diagnosis or treatment decisions

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by IRIS.GenAI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our express written consent.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IRIS.GENAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IRIS.GenAI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

17. Apple-Specific Terms

If you are using the App on an Apple device:

These Terms are between you and IRIS.GenAI, not Apple Inc.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App
Apple is not responsible for any claims related to the App
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms
